Hello! We are so happy to meet you!
Hi, I’m Lindsey!
Lindsey Griffin, MSPO, CPO Owner/Founder Tiny Wonders Certified Orthotist Cranial Remolding Specialist
With over 15 years of experience in pediatric orthotics, I have dedicated my career to providing thoughtful, individualized cranial care to families across the Charlotte area. Originally from Florida, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and my Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Eastern Michigan University.
My clinical training allows me to approach helmet therapy with precision and expertise. Motherhood, however, has shaped my practice in an even more profound way.
I am a mom to a little boy who changed my wardrobe and keeps me on my toes. When he needed a helmet of his own, I experienced this journey not as a clinician — but as a parent. Despite understanding repositioning techniques and cranial development inside and out, I learned firsthand that early motherhood is tender, exhausting, and beautifully imperfect. Sleep matters. Grace matters. And sometimes, even when you do everything “right,” a helmet is still the right next step — and that is more than okay.
I understand the weight of this decision. My role is to provide clarity, calm guidance, and a deeply supportive experience from beginning to end.
Outside of clinic life, I have a love for all things Disney — especially Mickey Mouse — and I still intend to become a Disney princess when I grow up. Until then, I am honored to care for families with expertise, intention, and just a touch of magic.
Hi, I’m Jess!
Jessica Bacot, COTA/L
Certified Occupational Assistant Cranial Remolding Specialist
I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with a heart for helping children and the families who love them. I received my training at William Carey University and Pearl River Community College, where I developed a strong clinical foundation rooted in thoughtful, evidence-based care.
As a mom to two little girls, I understand how full and tender early motherhood can be. That perspective shapes the way I show up in the clinic — with patience, compassion, and genuine empathy. I strive to create an environment where both children and parents feel seen, supported, and completely at ease.
I believe progress happens best when families feel understood. My role is not only to provide skilled, intentional therapy, but to walk alongside you with encouragement and grace throughout the journey.
Outside of work, I’m a lifelong Britney Spears fan — and I bring that same joyful, confident energy into the clinic each day.
Jess is currently on maternity leave, enjoying her sweet baby girl.
